Yeah, this is an annoying extra step, and I'm sure their customer support is currently swamped with email change requests.
So we're going to receive a code to redeem in cash shop? I hope we also open the box in cash shop, in that case. At least then I can use the Cash Transfer Event to put each item where it will do the most good.
