Chaotic isn't bad at all. He literally is just a mix of regular Gore and Shagaru. He switches between their movesets, so he basically has all their attacks. The only new attack he gains is a 180-degree explosion blast, but if you're careful you should never get hit by it. The only two things you have to worry about is that he does G-Rank damage, so most attacks will 1-2KO you, and that you fight him in a more narrow area, so you don't have as much freedom to avoid his Shagaru-esque attacks.
Otherwise, it shouldn't take any longer than it takes you to normally kill a G-Rank Gore (< 15 minutes, solo).
