People really quit because of something as insignificant as this? I am baffled.
Ghent grinding takes me 2,5-3 hours for one full fp bar. I have 3 main alts. I can play up to 8 hours just for purely leveling my 3 characters, but I usually get bored before that. If I REALLY have nothing to do that day I have a couple more characters I can use.
One of DFO's strength is its amazing variety in classes, and I simply cannot conceive why anyone would want to play more than 3 hours a day on one of them so much that it actually makes them quit. Try more classes, explore. I don't want to see people spamming one character and getting to cap in under a week, and farming the best possible gear for endless amount of time.
And enough with the "I don't want DFO to tell me how long I can play". It is simply to keep the economy stable and keep people from being tired of the game. It doesn't have anything to do with controlling you, it is for the well-being of the game and you're just being stubborn. If you can't stand that, DFO isn't a game for you in the first place as it is built around this fatigue system. I could go on and on about how fatigue removal destroyed the game, and I am pretty sure this is what killed DFO.
