[Resolved] Known Issue - Not A Registered ID Error

Dear Maplers,

The Nexon accounts created after April 1st, 2015 are receiving an error which states "This is not a registered ID." Afterwards, the game client will shut down. We are currently working to resolve this issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

[Update 4/5] The issue has been partially fixed. Accounts created after 1AM (PDT) on April 5 will not receive this error.*

However, accounts created between April 1 - 4 will still receive this error. We are continuing to work on the fix. Thank you for your continued support.
