Maybe a Dual Blader on GMS can time it, but it sounds like a bug if there isn't some stupid special case in the skill data.

My way to measure Delay is taking video, then check it.
Therefore, My surveyed data is probably collect.
I take many videos and check it again and again.
And according to my formula(is that collect one?? How calculate skill delay inGMS??), Ordinarily 720ms Skills get to 630ms in AS4.
I think that GMS system is different from JMS.
(If you want, I can give you Skill.wz / Charactor.wz in JMS@Ver3.37)
If you can, please survey "Phantom Blow in AS2."
I want to know why does it happen, and it happen or not in GMS.
And, in GMS, how calculate skill delay.
