Lightning God Ring normally has a flashy effect and a powerful buff.
The rings in the Welcome Back boxes were a temporary version (one year duration, extendable with cash item), and gave the effect, but not the buff.
Now it is being fixed to give the buff as well, fueling the active players' envy of returning players, and rage against Nexon. GG.
