Absolutely disgusting what they did with Roland's and Raiment of a Thousand Storms.

K let's buff Dashing Strike until you do
Sweep Attack bonus on a regular Shield = no CDR, no Skill%, no Wrath Regen, no Life per Wrath Spent
Also, Triumvirate gives a bigger bonus for a stronger skill with more range.
