Congrats! What was your tactic? I know that if you bring some Dash Juice and spend about 5 minutes running in circles, the Rajang will kill Zinogre for you.
I just ran in, threw down a Smoke Bomb, beat on Zinogre until it went Frenzied (He also spawns fully charged, too), then he moved slightly to attack one of my cats, which caused me to hit Golden Rajang and get its attention as well. De-Frenzied Zinogre, carted, ran around trying to get a shot off when G.Rajang ended up finishing Zinogre. Beat up G.Rajang until it died, then after the G.Rajang corpse despawns, the arena goes dark and Shagaru spawns, and it's just a normal Shagaru fight from there.
The only real challenge is Rajang, honestly. Even though it's a High Rank quest, he still does a ton of damage to a Gunner, but they also have massively reduced HP because it's a triple hunt. Using a Smoke Bomb as soon as you get in makes it so one of them doesn't aggro you if they haven't seen you yet, since a least one of them will spot you as soon as you get in.
