Yeah, I've got cats with Arowana Fisherman or whatever it's called.
And you can go at any time, but if you don't have the Wystone from the end of the main story, expect to be kicked a lot at G Rank unless you're playing with friends. (Even though you don't really NEED it until mid-late G, I think)
