Definitely agree with the Bow stuff. His bow is fantastic EXCEPT for the fact that it needs Load Up to be usable. With no element, there's no point to use second charge at all, but it doesn't get third without Load Up.
Thankfully there's still the Loading Piercing, but that can hurt you in the long run because it doesn't get great defense. One of the best tactics with mixed sets on Gunners is to use a Blademaster Helm, as it gives double the defense, but you can't do that if you're using a Piercing.
