Seregios's weapons are good in theory but the sharpness regen is only around 5 points worth, so if you're not dodging often it's not worth it. That being said, his Hunting Horn is probably one of the best since it has good songs, good raw and sharpness, and HH doesn't rely on element. Great Sword and Charge Blade are also good enough weapons when you get them, but they get outclassed later (His CB drops off sooner than the GS though). All of his other melee weapons aren't really worth it.
In terms of ranged, however, his LBG and Bow are both very good. LBG reloads one shot of the current ammo type per dodge roll and the Bow further boosts the effects of Close Range Coatings to make them equivalent to Power Coating. In addition, the Bow is a Power shot type although it pretty much requires Load Up due to only having two charge levels normally. If you've got Load Up, however, it's easily one of the strongest raw Bows in the game.
