Does "minion duration" ability affect Soul Weapon boss summons?

With an S Rank Jett card (+8% Minion Duration), my Empress lasted approximately 98 seconds, so it seems so, I think that's longer than it just being lag. That's only one trial though, I can do more, if you'd like.
