Interesting piece of info came out today about the deal made between Marvel Disney and Sony.
Also, not only is the Sinister Six movie still in development, but also the Venom movie.
I get Sinister Six is something like an answer for Suicide Squad, but the Venom one looks interesting.

Quote:Also revealed is just how much money has changed hands regarding the deal - $0. Marvel Studios won't pay Sony Pictures for the rights to put Spider-Man in "Captain America: Civil War," the "Avengers" sequels or other superhero films, and Sony won't receive a percentage of the revenue Disney makes from Marvel’s films that have Spider-Man.
So what does Sony get out of the deal? The same arrangement. Marvel won't receive a cut of the box office for any of Sony's films that feature Spider-Man and potentially some of the other MCU heroes. Kevin Feige also won't receive payment for his role in helping revive Sony's "Spider-Man" franchise
