Job Experts - Nexon needs your help!

Honestly, the single biggest problem with this game is the [pay to win] model it's set up around.

Yes, this game has serious issues. The high cost, the resource-hogging buggy hackable infra-structure, etc.

But those of us who do play despite those issues, face smaller annoyances that are within Nexon America's power to fix. Things like classes that have skills that are either bugged (like the two Hayato skills that got added to the Known Issues list just yesterday) or "working as intended" but pointless (like my own Hero's "hyper skill" that might have been intended to be a full map attack but has this ridiculous hitbox), bugged storyline quests, or sorely needed functionality that could be proposed for an upcoming revamp.

I am not sure one single "expert" on any class (or group of classes... I still think lumping explorers together is wrong) is enough for that. For example, precisely because I have mained a Hero for so long, I would not know whether any low level quests are bugged or any 2nd job skills need changing. Hell, I don't even know what order to max 4th job skills in, simply because I was 180 when Big Bang hit, and even higher for all the revamps after that, so I've "always" had all my skills - and hyper skills - maxed instantly.

Highly funded people wouldn't know what skill combos work best for the unfunded, or what training maps are good when you don't 1-hit everything. Lesser funded people wouldn't know how to face the more challenging bosses. And before anyone laughs at me for suggesting Maple has "challenging" bosses, let me just say that things like magnus or gollux, where you need to do more than stand in one spot and spam your best attack until it's dead, require slightly different strategies depending on things like whether you have stance, vertical teleport, DR resistant skills, high avoid/status resistance, self-healing, and so on and so forth. This is especially true when you're not funded to the gills.

So we really need several representatives. Veterans and fresh blood, bossers, grinders and questers, various funding levels, etc.

I understand that Nexon doesn't want to have to read all the incoherent rants of everyone who thinks their class is too weak and needs buffing to OP max. They also don't want to see two "experts" duking it out for page after page of repetitive argument.
But perhaps something in the middle, between a free-for-all and a single voice, could be thought of. Possibly an invitation-only "think tank", with people who know their stuff (be it a single class, a group of them, or something else like lore) and are level-headed and literate enough to not be a pain to read.
