Reminds me of the way my dad cooks omelettes. 99% of the time it's not on the burner, he puts it on the burner for a second at a time then lets it cool and repeats, it takes him like 20 minutes to make something it takes me 3 to make. He even sticks it in the toaster oven for some reason, pan and all, sometimes I walk down and see a pan's handle sticking out of the closed toaster oven and wonder if he is going senile.
