So I'm gonna go ahead and not patch right now right?

It doesn't look like they're going to prepare a different patch file, though.
Might as well bite the bullet and do it as they describe.

I'm more confused by their "if the zip file is too slow downloading, try this other link for it" which gives the exact same link.
