Nexon, with their great skill, forgot to put a portal to Yulete's map where you exchange the marbles. You need to do some quests for Yulete before you can exchange, but since no one can reach him... No Eye of Horus for anyone.
Also you should do all 3 of Keeny's quests, because she has a 4th which requires the other 3 done to get research on Frankenroid. Of course this quest can't be completed since you can't reach Yulete.
