No Booster 780ms.
Booster only 690 ms.
1 stage attack speed + Booster 630ms.
2 stage attack speed + booster 600ms.
It could possibly be 810ms.
Snipe's range is approx a 150% increase vs prior to 1.2.003T & flys further than Piercing Arrow now.

According to Uni's blog (I posted a link in an earlier post) the delay is now 840 ms.
