Normal and Hard Magnus show characters as being in the "Indun Server". You won't see players' locations at normal/hard Magnus even if you search from a Region server location.
Well it worked before; I guess they changed it at some point. I stopped bothering with Magnus ages ago because NX was more valuable than the little bit of profit I made off the capes.
