I just noticed that this happens on channel 17 and 18 for me as well.
At this point I find myself wishing that hackers bl0w the servers up so that Nexon has to pull an unscheduled SC and that fixes the issue. At the same time I fear the problem really is in my computer and nothing they do fixes it. I'm not fking formating my comp just for maple and if I can't buy/sell stuff cuz I can't get into ch 1 I might aswell quit.
