actually, the cost to get the slot forever is approximately $1536, at Australian Interest rates
$3.20 * 12 /0.025 = $1536
This is for if you buy it forever at 3.20 per month, and invest the money remaining at 2.5%pa which is approximate basic interest rate in Australia.
