The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

The Halo of Flies count apparently deals with shot blocking flies, not blue attack flies, so people say on Reddit (I haven't had a chance to play yet with Guppy or Infestation to test it out). I didn't even know you could get that many shot blocking flies to begin with. If it's a change on attack flies...I don't get it. That's part of the awesomeness of a good Guppy build.

It's definitely talking about attack flies. You can only have up to 3 pretty fly's orbiting you (well, 3 items orbiting you in total)

So yeah, with the Guppy nerf and Krampus Head nerf, the game just got a bit harder.
