Well im most other games the thought of soloing some hard bosses barely pass the player mind (Unless that game got scalable HP per player or something that make it easier when solo and harder when party with different rewards depending on how you did it), in maple because potential is so disgustingly OP when you spend a fortune on it, you can solo most content.
I myself would either make the bosses harder when more people are in, or track the amount of damage each person did to the bosses, assign X amount of points for damage done, and make a store that sells the item so only people that actually participate in the run get a piece of the cake.
