Ciara has an average amount of drop checks, Semira has a pomegranatety amount of drop checks, and both have a BB/SBB that INCREASES (not decreases) in BC cost when BB levelled.

It's pretty depressing considering they're both RS units, and an average damage modifier for a SBB is about 350%, while Semira barely scrapes past 200% and Ciara doesn't even go past that.

That's a shame. I know I'll still use Semira for Arena and Trial 04, but damn. I shouldn't be getting too upset cause lolMaxwell.
