Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Okay, now I'm confused. I've been going through the Barbarian leaderboards and I see that most people are choosing main stat on amulets over Elemental damage. Even when they DON'T have SoJs and only get +Element from their bracers.

So, do I just take that Traveler's Pledge and reroll the +Cold for CHC and use that instead? I'm aiming to go physical Whirlwind and currently have +20% Bracers, a +27% Heartslaughter, and a +18% Str/Phys/CHC/CHD amulet towards that goal.

Also planning on farming for a RoRG with Socket or CHC/CHD as an initial roll.

Could work. On my DH/Wizard I sacrificed CHC for a socket though.
