Just checked my own that had a blue star, it was cleared up. This bug seems to be available only on sweetwater equipement and nothing to do with primed scrolls. Everything I primed never encountered this issue.
It seems that maybe I need more input from others, as a sweetwater katana was fixed, unless it was somehow special, his weapon was prime scrolled. I can't tell if Nexon made a special selection to only certain items only.
