To start, Cloy, the Pet NPC in Henesys Park, doesn't sell the AP transfer scroll. His script is glitched up, and goes on talking about this "monkey commands" shi(t that I don't want to hear. Can't buy any AP transfer scrolls from him.
And it might just be me, but is the Kenta's Advice quest screwed up for Duck owners as well? You're required 15 closeness, not a level 15 pet, right? I've done the quest previously and have given four other pets the effects that Kenta's Advice brings, with a simple click. Why is it not working for the duck? I can get the Kenta's Advice quest to come up, and it says 0/0 for "Kenta's Papers", but I shouldn't have to collect them all over again.. I even tried looking for these papers for thirty minutes, and not a single one dropped. I know the drop rate is bad, but not THAT bad.
