Speaking of the RNG, I fought the E4 last night...and Glacia's pokemon used around 8 Blizzards in total. Only one missed. That has a 2.47% chance of happening, if you actually calculate the probability.
On the other hand, Steven's M-Metagross proceeded to miss my M-Swampert twice with Giga Impact (1%), so I guess it's cool.
