Are you just scrolling trash equips with the trace 70%s (I think that's the lowest, don't remember) and starforcing them or did you already have decently scrolled items beforehand?

A bit of both (nothing end game, mostly clean or terribad scrolled). I think I had around 50% INT, range was around 20k buffed at 110.

Was the Paladin Nerf really that bad? :S

In terms of end game bossing.. yea. They removed the "Elemental Reset" function on Void elemental = no more ignoring Damage Resistance = damage cut by half. Although, while I do not want to create false hype, I've had an optimistic thought that they may bring it back in 5th job (hopefully as a debuff & not a self buff) seeing as 4th now "caps" at level 140, and most end game bosses with such a resistance are 150/160++.
