I have to. No wasted space on the team because that would defeat the purpose of playing a nuzlocke challenge.
I gave Dive to Winston(Azumarill), Surf to Frederick(Swampert) and Fly to Jig(Crobat). It's been a week and a half since I last played the game because of exams so I forget who had what ever else...
But yeah...with third gen I always carried around 2+ water pokes because of the HMs.
Edit: You can always move deleter stuff later if you really want/need to.
