1k NX for 2m meso... that's about 0.01x the going rate...
Even if you hit the (astronomically) small "chance to receive" maximum of 54m meso for 1k NX, you'd still be doing worse than people who are willing to break the ToS, and maybe even those who sell the perma outfits from the surprise boxes.
