Someone on the HS Reddit had a harebrained idea that made too much sense. What if, through making the game cartridge pop out, John essentially reset the whole session to before it became a doomed timeline? BASICALLY, NOW EVERYTHING IS BACK TO THE LAST SAVE POINT, WHENEVER THAT MAY BE. HUUUUUUUSSIE you cheeky bastard.
