Oh pineapple man, had this item that made me teleport away every other hit I took, so I couldn't kill satan, I'm not that good as to kill him without taking hits.
So I was finally able to win when I was randomly teleported to a Dice #1 room and got all my items shuffled, ended up being a Poop win too because of Ankh.

Edit: Woo, finally managed to beat Cathedral with ???. Had 3 pretty flies, invincibility after every hit from Polaroid, max Tears + Cancer and Money = Power with 99 coins. Everything just melted in front of me while being pushes away by the stream of tears. I was so strong that I managed to clear The Chest with no problems too.
