The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

I haven't bothered to unlock him yet. I doubt I'd even be able to get to Mom with him.

The final unlock connected to him is well worth the trouble though, as is the satisfaction you feel when completing a run on him. There are a bunch of items in the game now that make doing a Lost run a lot less difficult than you would think too, such as Holy Mantle, Infamy, Dry Baby, Trinity Shield, Lost Contact, Unicorn Stump, Orbitals, or even the classic Brimstone/Knife. Dead Cat (or any other extra life items for that matter) is a must have too, especially for the later floors. Orbitals do massive touch damage now so you can clear just about every room through the Womb with a single Meat Cube/Bandage Ball or Sacrifical Dagger and Unicorn Stump. Unfortunately, The Lost is the only character that you need to beat Boss Rush, Blue Baby, and The Lamb on Hard Mode with in order to get all his final unlock (all the others only require the Heart in Hard Mode), so that makes playing him even more of a challenge...
