Also trying to catch Zekrom, who I had no issues catching in Gen 5, yet is currently burning through my dusk balls.
EDIT: and as soon as I say that, I finally caught him.
Typically pokemon legendaries that are related to the story are easy to catch, while ones outside from other regions are the ones with the like 1% catch rate
