The Fortune Bag drops 4 different colored presents (they are one-of-a-kind, you can only hold one of each). I gave them to the Admin like the description says and just got crappy potions from every single one. From what I've seen so far it's not worth the time it takes to kill it, seeing as all attacks do 2009 damage.
