Zakum's branch is like a magician's frozen tuna.
It has +55 Matk..

and the real purpose of the release of this weapon was..

Cash.

Nexon mad Zakum's branch an untradeable item,
and making it only tradeable if you used an item called
Karma's Scissors.

Karma's Scissors are 2.7 US$ (2700 won in Korea)

So, for every Zakum's branch sold, Nexon would earn 2.7US$

That was the same thing applied to Zakum's helmet and Horntail's necklace

Now, those items are easily seen in kMS free markets

now ill admit that nexon has done some shoddy business in the past when it came to cash shop sales in relation to in game things, but even this seems lower than rock bottom for nexon. I still think they had some plan for the Branch that extended beyond it being a low lvl equip dropped by a high lvl boss.
