Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion

I assume you've played your Japanese copy longer than your NA one so your CPUs probably have a very noticeable variation in difficulty.

Going back to this for a sec, I found out this is not the case at all.

I guess I've just played more skillfully since I picked up my JP copy? That's the only way I could explain it. I mean, I have been studying the game pretty hard lately.

How does it work, though? Does it pick up and learn from inputs, or does the intensity just rise the higher your win:loss ratio is?
