I don't know.
But for whatever reason, I was unable to accept the Otter's quest today. He has a lightbulb over his head but clicking on him or NPC chatting does nothing.
I have previously gotten his quest, on another char.
And I was able to get the Gorilla's quest today on this same char that couldn't talk to the Otter.
Something is definitely glitched.
