EVO is Evolution Lab and Map 3 is a great place to farm for event drops if you have good cores on (you can buy basic spawn increase and drop rate increase cores in the shop). He's also referring to the Greed Pendant that you get from the Rhino boss in Monster Park Extreme that increases drop rate, not the Avarice Pendant from regular Monster Park that only increases drop rate in Monster Park.
