I believe she ignores the bullying the entire world culture lives and blames it all on an "toxic ideas about masculinity".
There are far too many issues that are involved in school shootings for her to blame it a specific one.
I worded my post badly. Bullying was meant to be implied.
What she's saying (in a standard attention whoring-controversial manner) is that the way men are expected to react and behave to things such as bullying, (with stoicism, equal or greater force, etc.) is a factor in why men are nearly always behind mass shootings.
I don't even agree with the point fully. Its just a controversial blanket statement ignoring other factors like you said.
