Yeah it's by far the strongest revolver in the game. IIRC there's also a Dagger that does the same; I'm not sure if there are any besides those two epics have that effect though.
It's probably pretty hard to get used to manualing everything for maximal damage...There's also that one epic necklace that boosts your damage but leaves you permanently confused. >_>
