Gained 4 pounds in 2 months. The ideal bulk is real (0.5 lbs/week). Sitting at 177 as of 10 minutes ago.
Squats have been going okay, bench going better, deadlift going pretty badly. My last few sets:
SQUAT: 330x6, 4 sets
DEADLIFT: 405x8, 3 sets
BENCH: 225x3, 4 sets, 215x3, 1 set
11 days out from the meet. My goals are still 260/395/515, but I'm a little worried about my deadlift. I'm gonna do a few 1RM tests this week and then deload to see where I'm sitting.
