In the demo you start with the middle-evolution of the starter pokemon and its mega stone and you can get items and pokemon that you can transfer over to the main game, including the 2 mega evolutions seen above. and possibly more
Does this go for the US, too? Allowing e-mails from Pokemon, not Club Nintendo?
