Abyssion - Tales of Symphonia
That's probably one of the most fun and epic boss battles ever made. Save a file right before fighting him and replay it over and over with friends. It's always interesting and exciting. Seriously. :O In some runs, no matter how good we got at it, Abyssion still defeated us sometimes.
And for sheer epic factor, most of the bosses from 3D (and even some 2D ones) Legend of Zelda games. They're always so disappointingly easy, but they're always fun.
Oh, and gosh dang. Since I never got a Wii, I've never got to play MP3. I've watched all the battles on YT, but that doesn't count. MP and MP2 have insanely fun bosses. MP3's final battle looks so lame, though... Is it really that pathetic?
