Naruto Thread (Spoilers For Sure)

In my personal case the one reason it took me so freaking long to get into one piece was the drawing style. Its so... unique that well, it kept me away from the manga despite constantly hearing it was pretty good and I know at least one other person in real life who goes as far as hating the series for the same reason. Im sure there are many more around the world who haven't got into the series for that aswell and that might be one of the aforementioned reasons why Naruto is more known through the world than one piece.

Yep, and it's really unfortunate because thre animation style actually fits WELL with the story/atmosphere. My friend is a really really great artist, to the point where he won't watch log horizon because the animation is so, well in his words "lazy", yet he LOVES one piece since I forced him into it. Hell I didn't start reading one piece until about 2010? The only reason I started was because I hated how people praised it even though it looked so ridiculous. But I didn't have enough information to critisize it, so when I had the flu I just blew through it in a monthish time frame, ended up absolutely loving it, really backfired
