Welp. So Mug was a miller. And I'm suddenly suspicious of Polantaris... I wonder why oh maybe it's because he got a guilty read. At this point I'm two for two not insane, paranoid is still an option but so is sane. I'm just going to use Occam's Razor and [vote] Polantaris.
