Magatia PQ... Who can enter?

If you want to know what % of maplers can do the PQ, just go to the rankings and do the arithmetic. No need for a poll.
However, even without looking, I can assure you there are more people 71-85 than there are 120-150, so trying to show this PQ was useless and they should have added more higher-level content ... doesn't work.

There are A LOT of people not on the rankings. So this won't be too great for a real answer. Sure most of the non-ranked people, but hey, they are still Maplers.
