I'm confused as to where you get your opinion from as OP has doubled DBZ manga sales and actually has won in majority of popularity surveys, I would argue that it's already surpassed DBZ.
Other than that, Naruto has been terrible ever since the Pain arc, even then it was mediocre. One piece is half way done and I could name 30-40 significant fleshed out characters, naruto's almost done and I barely can name a dozen. You went from a Hokage impressing people of his ability to build mud forts as 'unparalleled skill', to fighting a god who can transport between dimensions and summon meteors. The power scale was ridiculous, the stories very roots were abandoned for a clearly undeserved fabricated hero that was rushed.
I would even argue that Asuna from sword art online had more significance and even depth than the empty husk that is Sakura. But you know, Bleach is worse, so there's that. In fact out of the so called top 3 (attack on titan bringing that into question) two of them are just a facade.
