I stayed 83 all week so I can get in and hopefully win the PQ enough times to get the Eye of Horus before I go out of the level bracket.
If you want to know what % of maplers can do the PQ, just go to the rankings and do the arithmetic. No need for a poll.
However, even without looking, I can assure you there are more people 71-85 than there are 120-150, so trying to show this PQ was useless and they should have added more higher-level content ... doesn't work.
Anyway, those people who are currently under 70, will be able to do the PQ someday. It's useful content for them, even if not immediately.
For the rest of the population, well, there are the CNY events and the 7th day market. Not every patch has to have a lot for everybody.
